His fins are more used to be walked on, their end are a little "toes like" but still no feet! You can clearly see from which animal they're based on ;3

Monster Folk - 'Angler'
He has a bigger mouth so his many sharp and huge teeth fit into is mouth. his fins are mostly made out of really thin hair like parts. Also his blue spots glow in the dark!
